Ms. Jenn

Ms. Jenn opened Jellybean in 1999. She started out in her home caring for 12 children. While she was in her home, she became nationally accredited and acquired her degree in early childhood education. In 2011, she opened the center which allows 54 children, their families, and 12 teachers the opportunity to share their lives. She lives at home with her husband, an all around handy man, who helped her make her dream of opening a center come true. She has 2 beautiful children, Kaitlyn (Kiki) and Jonathon (Bubby), and two sweet grandbabies, Nova and Sonny.

Ms. Juju

Julie has been working at Jellybean since it first opened in 1999. She loves working with the children and their families. In 2018, she received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her husband Jamie, and her family and friends. She loves to organize, listen to music, craft on her Cricut, play pickleball, read, and make "to do" lists.

Ms. Kiki

Kiki is Co-Director of Jellybean, sharing responsibilities with Juju. She has been a part of Jellybean since it opened and loves every second of it. During her downtime, she loves baking, hand lettering, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her husband and two kiddos.

Ms. Logan

Logan has her CDA and Associates Degree as a Child Care professional from WCC. She is transferring to EMU to finish her Bachelors in Children and Families. Her long-term goal is to have a center of her own. She loves working with children because she loves to watch them grow and learn. When not at work, she is spending time with her husband Jason and their dog, Duke. In her free time, she enjoys walking with Duke, reading, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Ms. Melissa

Melissa has been at Jellybean for almost 8 years. She has her Associates Degree in Childcare Professionalism. When not at work, she loves spending time with her boyfriend and stepson, baking, and finding new outdoor adventures to go on.

Ms. Beth

Beth has 20+ years of experience working with children. She loves working with the children in all areas of the center and helping them grow. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends (including her cat, Chloe).

Ms. Mary

Mary loves spending time with her friends, drawing, and making crafts. Her favorite holiday is Halloween!

Ms. Cheyenne

Ms. Cheyenne has been working for Jellybean for 7 years. She has enjoyed learning and growing with all the kiddos throughout those years. She has her degree in Business from Concordia University Ann Arbor, where she was a student athlete. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, family and friends, especially up north at her cabin.

Ms. Sam

From a young age, Sam knew she wanted to be a teacher. After studying Early Childhood Education at MCC and education at GVSU, she was inspired by the Reggio-Emilia approach to learning and has made it her goal to teach each unique child and her learning style. She is dedicated to keeping play as the center of learning and guiding the children to become their own individual. In her free time, Sam enjoys going on hikes with her husband and hanging out with friends and family, including their two cats, Theo and Percy.

Ms. Savanna

Savanna finds happiness in plants, kids, and being outside. She's planning on continuing school to pursue a career in Environmental Science. In the meantime, she enjoys working among kids and hanging out with the ones she loves most.

Ms. Emma

Emma has always had a love for helping young children unleash their unique qualities and watching them feel proud to learn new things. She loves animals, gardening, making handmade soap, and taking her daughter, Lainey, to new and special places! She has experience working with children with special needs and the elderly. Emma is very excited to be a part of the Jellybean family!

Ms. Kate

In 2012 Kate did her teacher training, she has a Post Graduate Masters in Teaching. She specialized in Early Years Education. Kate has been teaching 3-4 year olds ever since. She moved to Michigan as her husband got a new job here, they have a young family. She enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors and quilting.
